My name is Paulette Le Pore Motzko and I am a food writer in Orange County, CA. I created http://CARestaurantShowCase.com and a cooking magazine called "Cooking Up a Storm All Over The World!" at http://CookingUpaStorminCA.ning.com.

I ate dinner at Buon Gusto Italian Cuisine & Deli for the first time in August of 2011 and knew I would never do another story for another Italian restaurant in Orange County again, because Buon Gusto won the contest for: Fantastic Flavors, VALUE, Uniqueness of each dish, Portion Size.
Since I discovered Buon Gusto Italian Cuisine in August of 2011, I am now the PR Director and am the Moderator of their Facebook page.  I created the existing web site at http://www.BuonGustohb.co
and am creating a smaller 5 page site out of the 10 page one I already created.

I wrote the below Feature Story for Peter Kourkoulis the Chef and Owner, and from then on I feel like I am one of the family.

If you have never been to Buon Gusto Italian Cuisine and love great Italian food, you have to drop by and visit us!
Have a delicious day!

"About a month ago I was fortunate to have a friend tell me how great Buon Gusto in Huntington Beach was. On my first visit I had the Beef Ravioli with Bolognese Meat Sauce and was blown away by the very generous portions and reasonable prices for the amazing quality.

When I ordered a salad I was expecting an ordinary tossed green salad with a few cherry tomatoes, but instead got something very memorable: cold iceberg lettuce with radishes, tomato, shredded mozzarella and some of the best picked vegetables I ever had. The combination was unusual but very refreshing and had me wanting more.
I would also recommend trying their Grilled Shrimp Spinach Salad with roasted red peppers, toasted pine nuts sliced mushrooms and Gorgonzola cheese in a balsamic vinaigrette or the Mediterranean Salad with feta cheese, Kalamata olives, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers served with Italian dressing on mixed greens.

The beef ravioli was cooked just perfectly and I had a choice of either not only the standard marinara or Bolognese sauce, but all of these choices, which allow each person to "custom create" any kind of pasta they want!

I went there with my friend Brian and his dad and I was flabbergasted when I saw the Cioppino Fish Stew put on the table!

The Penne Pesto is fantastic and Peter makes the pesto from scratch from fresh basil, minced garlic, Reggiano Parmesan, Pine Nuts and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. When you order it once, you will not believe your tastebuds! I put some grated Parmesan on mine and it is to die for, or as I prefer to say, TO LIVE FOR!

If I was to describe Buon Gusto Italian Cuisine & Deli in one word, it would have to be "Wow"! That is what you hear everybody say when their dish it put in front of them.

I guarantee if you come once you will be one of the countless people that fill the Buon Gusto up on a Thursday night, not minding the wait.

Some have said that Buon Gusto Italian Cuisine & Deli is noisy. You know what I say to that? It is because PEOPLE EAT AT BUON GUSTO WHO ARE HAVING A GREAT TIME, EATING, DRINKING, WATCHING THE PLASMA TV'S AND JUST ENJOYING THEMSELVES. That is a good thing. When you are in the food business, you have to worry when the restaurant is QUIET...it means nobody goes there!
Hope to see you soon with your family and friends.
